1. Returns Accepted Under the Following Conditions:

a. Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize for the error. Please contact us immediately at nader@humanrefuge.org with your order number and details of the incorrect item. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

b. Damaged Item Upon Arrival: In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item to nader@humanrefuge.org. We will work swiftly to send you a replacement and cover any return shipping costs.

2. Conditions for Returns:

a. All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

b. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them.

3. Process for Returns:

b. Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

c. Once the return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

e. If the return is approved, we will process a replacement or issue a refund, as per your preference.
